* Winners will be judged on: use of the sketch, originality and design.
* International entries are welcome but will be responsible for postage.
* Only 1 Layout per participant per sketch, per month please.
* LOs must be newly made for this Contest. So don't use a LO that has been posted anywhere befor the contest begins each month.
January Contest:
* Begins December 20 and Ends January 20 (midnight est)
* Must follow all rules listed above.
* Winners will be announced around January 20.
Sketch #3 Prize...This is the Prize for the winner voted on by the Design Team......and don't forget there will be 2 random drawings for 2 more lucky winners and you know Pam won't disappoint with those 2 prizes either...So let's get this Contest started!!!
